By gently stretching the skin, this allows our hands to direct the lymph in the proper direction and keep the system flowing, helping to decrease swelling, inflammation and many other benefits. Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
