Cancellations and No Shows:
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Within 24 hours, you must contact the clinic to cancel.
Effective January 1, 2025:
No Show Fee: 50% of appointment $40
Cancellation Fee: within 24 hrs of appointment $20
