Physiotherapy - Pelvic Health Assessment

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, sometimes called Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, focuses on the muscles at the bottom of your pelvis that help support important organs like the bladder, bowel, and uterus. These muscles also play a key role in bladder and bowel control, core strength, and overall comfort. Pelvic health physiotherapy can help with a wide range of concerns, including pelvic pain, bladder or bowel leakage, postpartum recovery, menstrual discomfort, and other pelvic health issues. Our treatments are personalized to you — your symptoms, goals, and daily life. We welcome patients of all genders and all ages, and we’re committed to providing care in a supportive, respectful, and comfortable environment.
