An in depth review of health systems including a head to toe assessment and a focused complaint oriented assessment. This appointment is used for us to work together on identifying the root cause of your health concern and the multifaceted factors that contribute to your health challenges. We will also work together to identify the health outcomes you desire and collaborate on creating realistic and achievable treatment strategies towards those goals. Although this appointment is typically used for initial visits, it is often used for appointments that require more time such as mental health visits or treatments requiring extended time such as constitutional homeopathic intakes. The virtual format allows for convenience and accessibility for people that require distant care.
