Physiotherapy visit for existing patients who have not been seen for more then 6 months or are experiencing a new condition. You will be asked to complete some new paperwork to update Carolyn on any changes or concerns since your last visit.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
