Let's Talk About Sex- Session 1

Join Calista Powell, physiotherapist. for this two session, Let's Talk About Sex workshop. In session 1, you will learn: -pelvic floor anatomy and roles of the pelvic floor -importance of your pelvic floor -bowel and bladder habits -role of your pelvic floor in sex and pelvic floor sexual response -optimal pelvic health habits and sex -pelvic floor and sexual function research -how to engage your pelvic floor and use it during sexual activity **Please note that $50+ GST includes the price for both Session 1 (Sept 14) and Session 2 (Sept 28). You must register and pay for both sessions as a package.** After registering, your credit card will be processed. If you wish to e-transfer, the $52.50 can be sent to info@pinehealth.ca. If you have any questions, please call our office at 587-855-5598 to arrange. This workshop will occur over Zoom and we will email you the login information 24 hours prior to the workshop. Note: This workshop is considered educational in nature and is likely not eligible for insurance reimbursement. Refunds/credit will be available until 48 before the workshop.
