Island: You, Populaton: 40 trillion... bacteria that is. The microbiome is a vast and diverse bacteria community that lives in/on our bodies. The gut microbiome have been connected to many chronic diseases, our emotional & mental well-being and of course, adequate digestion. How we eat and what we eat can massively impact our microbiome - Join us for this 90 minute session that takes your guts to glory from a dietary perspective.
This workshop will occur IN-PERSON at Pine on Saturday October 23th at 10am.
The cost per participant is $35 plus GST. After registering, your credit card will be processed. If you wish to e-transfer, the $36.75 can be sent to info@pinehealth.ca. If you have any questions, please call our office at 587-855-5598 to arrange.
