The gut microbiome have been connected to many chronic diseases, our emotional & mental well-being and of course, adequate digestion. How we eat and what we eat can massively impact our microbiome - Join us for this 90 minute session that takes your guts to glory from a dietary perspective.
This workshop will occur IN-PERSON at Pine on Saturday October 23th at 10am.
