Prenatal massage is for pregnancy, and most of the hour is spent side-lying or supported with pillows while the therapist works more slowly through your back, hips, legs and shoulders — adjusting pressure, avoiding some positions and techniques — and you leave having had bodywork shaped around a pregnant body.

60 minPostnatal massage focuses on recovery, using gentle relaxing Swedish techniques in a treatment custom-made-for -you. Introductory (60 min.) session requires a 15 min. assessment. INITIAL TREATMENT will be 45 mins. in length. subsequent treatments will have a shortened assessment time.
