UNABLE TO FIND AN APPOINTMENT If you cannot find an available appointment in your preferred time frame, we encourage you to add yourself to our waiting list.. By utilizing this feature an automatic email will be send out immediately when an appointment becomes available. You can also contact our admin team by email at plazaphysio@gmail.com or call us at 604-438-9111.
CANCELLATION POLICY 24 hour advanced notice is required. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hour notice, a cancellation charge of $70 will be applied.
We do partialy reimburse parking to all patients that park in Lot 701 in our Plaza. Please bring up your ticket stub for reimbursement!
1hr parking is $4.50 we reimburse $4, 2hr parking is $8.00 we reimburse $6, 3hr parking is $9.00 we reimburse $8.
