EMSELLA is a non-invasive treatment for urinary incontinence that uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles:

During an EMSELLA session, you sit in a chair and remain clothed while the HIFEM technology stimulates your pelvic floor muscles. The session lasts around 28 minutes and you may feel some tingling, but there's no pain or other discomfort. You can expect to experience the equivalent of over 11,000 Kegel exercises during each session.
A typical course of treatment includes six sessions over a three-week period. You may start to see some improvement after the first or second session, but the most noticeable difference is usually around the sixth session.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
