Important Booking Policies :
Cancellations : We require 24 hours’ notice for any changes.
Fees : Late cancellations (under 24 hours) incur a $50 fee. No-shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
Returning Patients : If it has been over 6 months since your last visit, please select “Re-Assessment” so we can update your treatment plan.
Free Parking 🚗 : Enjoy stress-free visits with free parking at Lot 7 (5 Cayuga Ave) and Lot 12 (5 Hiawatha Pkwy), both just a 2–3 minute walk away. Paid street parking is also available directly in front of the clinic.
