Cancellation Policy : A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without notice, will be charged the full appointment fee. Exceptions may be considered for sudden illness.
Direct Billing : I offer direct billing for most major insurance companies, including Sunlife, Greenshield, and Canada Life. In case I am unable to direct bill for you, the receipt provided at the end of each session can be used for submission.
