The assessment includes ADHD and/or differential diagnosis, as appropriate. Prior to your ADHD appointment, screening measures will be sent to you for completion. Please ensure these are submitted at least one week before your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for review.
Kindly note that any significant delays caused by lateness may result in additional charges if extra time needs to be scheduled. The base rate of $750 covers a standard clinical interview and an ADHD-specific report. If a more comprehensive clinical interview is required to explore potential comorbid or differential diagnoses, additional time will be billed at $115 per hour for extended interviews or phone consultations. Rest assured, any additional costs will be discussed with you beforehand, and no extra charges will be applied without your prior agreement.
