A credit card is required to set up your account, hold appointments and payment for your sessions. If a credit card is a barrier for you, please email info@prairiepathway.com for alternate arrangements.

Cancelation and No Show Policy:

We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. A no-show will result in full charge of the session to your card on file.
