Our 60-minute Virtual Couples Coaching Intro Call offers a supportive space to meet with a certified pregnancy & infant loss coach. In this session, you'll:
- Introduce yourselves and share your experiences.
- Discuss your goals for coaching as a couple.
- Learn about the coaching process and next steps.
After this session, each partner will have a few individual sessions before resuming couples sessions. Best practice for grief and loss counseling/coaching is to ensure that each INDIVIDUAL has the space to work through their own grief process first. In our world, couples sessions begin far too soon in a grief journey and is usually counterproductive.
