Pregnancy loss support group for black families

This group is a dedicated space created to honour and support Black parents navigating the profound experience of pregnancy and infant loss. It is intended for those who are connected to African, Caribbean, and Black communities and cultures.. Within this circle, participants are invited to show up exactly as they are, carrying their grief, love, questions, and memories without pressure to explain or minimize their experience. Grounded in cultural understanding and shared lived realities, the group centres connection, compassion, and collective care. It recognizes that loss does not occur in isolation, and that cultural identity, history, spirituality, family systems, and systemic realities can all shape how grief is experienced and expressed. Through gentle conversation and mutual support, participants are offered space to feel seen, validated, and less alone, while honouring the deep bonds that continue beyond loss. This is not a place to be fixed, but a place to be held, witnessed, and supported in community.
