This workshop series is ideal for those who are animal lovers and are looking for an alternative path to healing, cradled by the strength of a horse.
Equine therapy can improve emotional health and wellbeing by reducing stress, fostering relaxation and a greater sense of ease and openness in a natural setting removed from the traditional medical/therapeutic setting.
The focus of this group is to heighten one's self-discovery, through exploring the 4 pillars of Space, Energy, Pressure and Mind. You will be taken on a healing journey that will promote inner peace, self expression and awareness.
