Preserve Oak Wellness 🍂 is a family wellness clinic in North Oakville📍 offering chiropractic care, physiotherapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, massage therapy, shockwave therapy, rehabilitation, and custom orthotics/braces.
NEW PATIENTS : Please book an Initial Assessment along with 2 Follow-Up treatments at 1-2 week intervals. This ensures your spot in our busy schedule, though adjustments can be made based on your treatment plan.
📢 Dr. Rosanna is currently not accepting new patients until mid-September 2026. Our other practitioners are welcoming new patients and would be happy to support you with your care needs.
WAITLIST : Can’t find an appointment? 😟 Join our waitlist, and we’ll contact you when a spot opens. You can also send us an email at clinic@powellness.ca, or give us a call/text at (905) 226-3895.
RETURNING PATIENTS : If it’s been over 6 months since your last visit or if you have a new concern, please book a Reassessment Appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY : We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 50% appointment fee, with repeated missed appointments subject to a 100% fee. We understand that life happens! Providing notice allows us to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care. Thank you for your understanding! 😊
