**PLEASE NOTE** Osteopathy is not direct billable. With that being said you can self submit and the insurance company will reimburse you!
We have had some cases where Canada Life has not accepted Osteopath receipts from patients for reimbursement under their Osteopath coverage. If you have Canada Life Insurance, please contact Canada Life prior to booking, and ask for written/emailed confirmation that they will reimburse you. Thank you for your understanding.
NOTE: Please be advised that we require a completed intake form before our first appointment. If you arrive without this completed, this will take away from your booked assessment and treatment time. If you are having any difficulties completing this online, please contact our office at 403-452-5450, or you can arrive 15 minutes early to complete the forms prior to your first visit.
