This is the next step after the initial foot orthotic assessment. We have decided to make a custom
foot orthotic for you and this is the day you pick it up! This appointment will be approximately 15 minutes long. Please bring in the shoe, or pairs of shoes we discussed during the assessment to ensure appropriate fit and comfort of your new foot orthotic. You will be able to leave with your new orthotics after this session!

Most of the appointment is spent examining how your feet are built and moving — skin, nails, joints, pressure points, gait and footwear — then dealing with the immediate issue through nail or skin care, padding, strapping or offloading, and sending you out with clear next steps.
