This appointment is for patients who are new to the practitioner or for existing patients who have not attended in over 6 months or have a new injury. A 30 minute massage therapy assessment appointment that includes a full assessment as well as home-care and treatment planning. Hands-on time will be at least 20 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the intake form if you are unable to complete it online. Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a fee of $50.
