Parents/Guardians that are seeking counselling for their child that is between the ages of 4 and 13, are required to have an intake session with the child's counsellor. *Children are not present during this session. **Please note session fees may not be eligible for extended health reimbursement

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
