LENS: Direct Neurofeedback Assessment (2)

This 1-hour Initial LENS Assessment session includes a comprehensive symptom-focused verbal assessment to understand your unique needs, as well as your first LENS Direct Neurofeedback treatment. During this appointment, you will receive all the necessary setup and orientation to begin your LENS neurofeedback journey. LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is a gentle, low-energy neurofeedback technique designed to help regulate and optimize brain function. Unlike traditional neurofeedback that requires active participation and longer training times, LENS uses very subtle, low-intensity electromagnetic signals derived from your brain’s own electrical activity to promote natural brain balance and healing. The process is typically painless, requires minimal conscious effort, and can produce rapid improvements in symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, brain injury, ADHD, and other neurological or psychological conditions. By helping the brain reset dysfunctional patterns, LENS encourages stability, improved mood, focus, and overall cognitive function with fewer sessions compared to some other neurofeedback methods.
