GYROTONIC® Level 1 - A workshop for teachers, with Pascale Leondard

This is a two part workshop for GYROTONIC® Teachers (pre-training is required). Part 1 (2 hours) Provides you with a chance to move through a series of exercises, applying GYROTONIC® principles within your OWN body, such as Narrowing of the Pelvis and Echo of the Breath - synchronized with movement. Part 2 (2 hours) Review of the material that we don't typically have time to cover in the Foundation course and Apprentice Review.
