This is an On-Line appointment on a computer by video conferencing. It's simple and easy and no downloads are required! An email will be sent to you with a link to connect you to your Counsellor. If you do not have computer available, a phone call appointment will be arranged. Please be advised that all Clinical Counselling is Patient Pay and cannot be direct billed to Insurance providers or ICBC.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
