The seeds are tiny magnetic beads, on adhesive material that are applied at the prescribed meridian points in place of needles. The beads act as invisible needles that work specifically on your meridians.
This is a completely painless treatment where your skin remains puncture free. Done in 30 minutes, the treatment is quick, and the seeds continue to work as long as you keep them on.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
