Basics of Reiki - Level One - Certification

The foundation of Reiki. In this class, you will receive your first Attunement to Reiki energy and learn how to channel universal life force energy for self healing and family and friends. You will receive a Essentials of Reiki book, learn the History of Reiki, Hands- on techniques for self-healing and others. Also, you will learn Chakra basics, grounding and protection practices. You will leave with a certificate showing completion of Reiki Level One. This is a powerful nurturing day of learning, healing, connecting with your guides and awakening your intuitive gifts. Just bring an open heart and willingness to learn.
