This unique treatment blends the gentle, nervous-system–focused principles of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) with the dynamic, therapeutic touch of Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapy™ (FST) to create a deeply effective and restorative experience. Using light, intentional touch and guided movement, this session works with the body’s fascial system, craniosacral rhythm, and nervous system to release restrictions, improve mobility, and support overall balance. The approach respects the body’s natural rhythms while encouraging greater fluidity, alignment, and ease of movement.
Treatments are done fully clothed therefore clients are asked to wear comfortable clothing.
