Class includes proper palpation techniques to identify muscular
imbalances of the knee, with proper needling techniques to increase treatment
efficacy. Part 1 covers the anterior aspect of the knee. This class consists of lecture and hands on practice. Class materials will be provided so participants can focus on learning. Class is
limited to 6 participants to maximize one on one learning with the instructor. A
minimum of 2 participants is needed to run this seminar.
Prerequisites: Must be a registered acupuncturist in good standing. Attendees must have a solid grasp on acupuncture point locations.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
