This return-patient integrative acupuncture and manual therapy service builds on established clinical assessment and treatment planning. Informed by doctoral-level training and over 20 years of clinical experience, sessions may include acupuncture alongside manual osteopathic techniques, cupping, gua sha, or electrical stimulation of needles, as clinically indicated.
Treatment may also incorporate ongoing exercise recommendations, movement guidance, and dietary or lifestyle support to reinforce progress between visits. Care emphasizes continuity, reassessment, and refinement of treatment strategies over time.
Please note: As of January 15, 2026, the rate for this service will be $160 per hour. Thank you for your trust and continued care.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
