Fire Cupping
A traditional therapy where heated glass cups are placed on the skin to create a suction by briefly heating the inside of the cup with a flame, which removes oxygen before placing it onto the skin. As the air inside the cup cools, a suction is created, drawing blood close to the skin surface. The treatment is used to stimulate blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and promote healing in the treated area. Often used to address pain in the muscles and joints, back and neck, as well as headaches by decreasing tension and increasing circulation to the area. An added bonus, it promotes relaxation.
Please note that no needles are used in this treatment.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
