Virtual Physiotherapy Assessment: GLAD Back
To participate in the GLA:D Back program, individuals must first complete a Physiotherapy Initial Assessment. This assessment includes a review of medical history, baseline physical testing, and the development of personalized S.M.A.R.T. goals. It ensures the program is suitable for those experiencing persistent or recurrent low back pain and/or arthritis of the spine. The assessment lays the foundation for a tailored approach that supports each participant’s unique rehabilitation journey.
