We have a 24 hour cancellation policy . Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee which is not billable to extended benefits and will be charged to the credit card on file. The first late cancellation / missed appointment will result in a $50 fee. Subsequent late cancellations / missed appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
Please contact the clinic by 9 am if you you wake up with symptoms of illness the morning of your appointment to avoid the late cancellation fee. Don’t come in if you don’t feel 100% ! Your therapist reserves the right to deny treatment if you present with symptoms of illness and you will be charged the late cancellation fee.
