Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or cancelled on short notice, it limits our ability to accommodate others in need of care. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed entirely are subject to a cancellation fee. Please review our Clinic Policies for all details.
New Patients: A Health History Intake Form will be sent to you after booking and must be completed prior to your appointment. If the form is filled out at the clinic, it may take up part of your treatment time.
All new patients are required to reserve their appointment with a valid credit card. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
