They handle different types of internal and external stressors, they have difficulty sleeping sometimes and they might be very busy in extra-curricular activities that challenge their body. All of these things impact the overall tension in their growing and developing bodies. We should prioritize self-care and learning to take care of their body right from the start.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
