Usui Reiki Therapy is a gentle, hands-on energy-based treatment rooted in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho system. This approach uses light, intentional touch, with some positions held just above the body, to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall balance.
All Reiki sessions at Recovery Lab are provided by Level 3 Reiki Master–trained practitioners, representing the highest level of Reiki training. Sessions are calm, respectful, and fully client-consented.
Clients remain fully clothed, and no pressure or manipulation is used. Many people experience a sense of deep rest, grounding, warmth, or clarity during and after treatment.
