Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To ensure fairness and accommodate all patients in need of care, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows take away opportunities for other patients waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
