Manual therapy appointments range from 45-60 mins and are target specific to treat problem areas, restore motion and reduce pain. Please wear something comfortable that you can move around in as treatment may include assisted stretching, trigger point therapy or RAPID therapy.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
