There is no cost for this sample collection appointment. However, an active credit card is required on file to secure the booking.
Once your Nutrigenomix results are complete, you will be contacted to book your related nutrition appointment to review your results and receive personalized nutrition recommendations.
Please note: If your genetic testing sample has been collected and submitted, and you choose not to proceed with the related Nutrigenomix nutrition service, the lab cost of $348 + 5% GST will be applied to your account.
