Missed appointments or appointments cancelled without a 24-hour notice are subject to payment in full. The fees will be charged to the credit card provided on file .

Direct Billing is available to Pacific Blue Cross , Sun Life , participating insurers of Telus Health eClaims and participating insurers of Medavie Blue Cross
