Buccal Facial Massage focuses on structures of the upper chest, shoulders, neck, face, and scalp. The jaw can be treated both externally and optionally, with an intraoral approach. With gloved hands, the therapist gently works to release deeper layers of tension in structures surrounding the jaw, making it especially helpful for those experiencing jaw tightness, teeth clenching, or TMJ-related discomfort. This treatment also promotes lymphatic drainage, improves circulation, reduces headaches, and helps treat facial and jaw tension.
