Cupping therapy is an ancient healing method that may ease pain, headaches and other health issues. It uses suction to pull on your skin, increasing blood flow to the affected area. Traditional fire-cupping us used. Guasha is a practice where a tool is used to scrape the patient's skin to encourage blood flow, reduce pin and stiffness. This technique produces light petechiae - temporary redness, rash-like small red bumps on the skin.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
