This session includes a detailed movement assessment to identify areas of pain, restriction, weakness, or imbalance. This allows us to create a tailored plan to address your needs and set you up for success.
Our goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and reduce the likelihood of recurring pain by combining targeted hands-on manual therapy & other modalities with mobility strength exercises to relieve pain, tension and gain strength.
