*This is a reminder, the cancellation policy (outlined below) applies to all patients, regardless of the reason for cancelling.

Appointments booked on Saturdays, statutory holidays and after 5:30 pm are billed an additional $50.00

*48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be billed 50% of the treatment fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are billed in full.

A credit card is required to hold a reservation regardless of insurance.
