Your practitioner may use one or a combination of techniques such as Tui Na (therapeutic massage), Gua Sha (gentle scraping), and Cupping Therapy to help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce pain, and support overall wellness. These hands-on therapies are excellent for those who prefer non-needling treatments while still benefiting from the healing principles of TCM.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
