We are pleased to offer direct billing to most major insurance companies as a courtesy. Renewed Wellness cannot guarantee direct billing at every appointment due to unforeseen issues with individual benefit plans and submission portals. The amount of the visit is ultimately the responsibility of the patient. If we are direct billing on your behalf, we require a credit card on file in case of unforeseen complications with your insurance company.
We do not treat WorkSafe BC claims
We are currently not accepting new patients with ICBC claims for Massage Therapy
NOTICE: If you have an open claim with ICBC or if you have coverage through Medavie Blue Cross please let the clinic know prior to your appointment as pre-approval may be required
