This visit is a 15 minute onboarding visit with Nurse Practitioner Megan Yates. Megan will determine eligibility for the program and provide prescription for GLP-1 medication as well as a lab requisition for required on boarding blood work. You will be billed for the full cost of the program at time of booking, this will go on your file as a credit and will be applied to visits with our Nurse Practitioner and Naturopathic doctor throughout the duration of this program (2 appointments with your Nurse Practitioner Megan + 2 appointments with your Naturopathic Doctor Dr. Sarah). If Megan determines that you are not eligible for the program at onboarding visit then you will not be charged for the GLP-1 program and no medical service will be provided.
