If this is your first appointment with one of our naturopathic doctors, please book this appointment. An electronic intake form will be emailed to you; please fill it out.
At your Initial Acupuncture Consult, the naturopathic doctor will conduct an extensive review of your health history and address your reasons for coming in. This includes an assessment of your lifestyle - diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management; medical history, family history and more. A comprehensive acupuncture treatment plan will be initiated that fits in seamlessly with your lifestyle. Laboratory assessment will be employed if relevant.
If possible, please bring in all recent blood lab tests or diagnostics (X-Rays, Ultrasounds, MRI, etc). Feel free to bring in any current medications and/or supplements for the doctor to review.
