Post Concussion Treatment
Our post-concussion initial appointment provides a comprehensive evaluation to identify the key contributors to your symptoms. This includes SCOAT testing, balance and vestibular screening, and neurocognitive assessment to evaluate memory, concentration, and processing speed. A detailed cervical spine assessment is performed to identify neck-related contributors to headache, dizziness, and neurological symptoms. Treatment may begin in the same visit and can include gentle cervical manual therapy, neuromotor activation, and early symptom-guided interventions. Findings are used to guide an individualized, staged recovery plan and determine the need for visual, vestibular, or further neurological rehabilitation.
